Harsh environments: IP67 neon flex and flexible wall washers for outdoor façades, plus purpose-built IP68 neon for underwater applications.
Tight spaces: 3mm and 5mm slim LED strips and mini neon for furniture, outlines and narrow installation areas.
Precise cutting: Free-cut, dot-free COB strips for accurate sizing and seamless illumination.
Energy efficiency: LED strips delivering up to 160 lm/W and neon flex up to 100 lm/W for lower energy consumption.

With 13 years of experience in LED strip lighting, we help customers coordinate the right light source, optics, thermal solution, controller, power supply and accessories into a complete and reliable lighting system.
Reliable Quality Assured
Every new product and customer-specific solution must go through comprehensive specification validation and key performance testing before launch, including PCB thermal testing, temperature and humidity testing, aging tests, tensile tests, and torsion tests.
Photometric Testing. Lumen output, efficacy, power, CCT, CRI and color consistency are measured using integrating-sphere equipment to verify optical performance against the approved specification.
Safety Testing. Product safety is evaluated through applicable electrical, mechanical and ingress-protection tests, including waterproofing, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, coiling, cold-bend and cold-impact tests.
Mechanical Reliability Testing. Bending, torsion and repeated assembly tests help evaluate flexibility, structural durability and connection reliability during installation and long-term use.
Environmental Reliability Testing. High- and low-temperature storage, temperature-humidity, salt-spray and lifetime-aging tests are applied as required to evaluate long-term stability under demanding conditions.

YIHOLIGHT provides application-driven OEM and ODM services for LED strips, silicone neon flex, LED sheets and flexible wall washers. Our experienced engineers translate customer concepts, drawings and performance requirements into practical, production-ready lighting solutions.
We support the complete development process—from initial consultation, specification definition and material selection to prototyping, sample validation, mass production and final delivery.

Secure Packaging & Reliable Delivery
YIHOLIGHT applies protective packaging suitable for long-distance international transportation. LED strips and neon flex are individually packed in anti-static bags and then placed in reinforced five-ply export cartons to help protect against static electricity, compression, impact, moisture and repeated handling during transit.
Packaging methods and carton arrangements are selected according to the product type, order quantity and shipping method, helping reduce movement and potential damage throughout the journey.
For samples and urgent orders, we provide express delivery through DHL, FedEx and UPS. Bulk shipments can be arranged by air, sea or a customer-nominated freight forwarder.
We also work with trusted freight-forwarding partners with years of cooperation experience, enabling us to recommend secure and cost-effective logistics solutions based on each shipment’s destination, urgency and volume.
